Quick Fixes: Yogurt Cucumber Salad

Here's a side dish I can whip up in a couple minutes. It also makes a good breakfast.



1 cucumber-peeled and cubed
1 tomato- coarsely chopped
 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 cup plain greek yogurt

Combine all ingredients & serve. 

Plain, simple and so tasty!
